What Do You Do To Pull Yourself Out Of A Funk?

There are times I just don’t want to do anything. This is especially prevalent at times I’ve been taxing my brain for extended periods of time.

Today I didn’t want to produce an episode of the podcast. I’ve been working on my course, Massively Transformative Habits (MTH), and it has been breaking my brain.

So this morning I sat down to journal, and it ended up being like a sad note. I was just whining to my journal. What to do? Well, I decided to go for a state change. I got up, went over to the podcast booth and cranked out an episode on the subject.

I wanted to see if this would be the state change that would get me on track. Guess what. It did. It was a game changer.
